APPLY FOR A LISTENING SESSION

Two ways to begin

Take the Invisible Load Quiz

A short reflection designed to help you explore what may really be draining your mental capacity.

Takes about 3 minutes.

TAKE THE QUIZ

Listening Sessions

The listening sessions are part of that mission.

They're thoughtful, confidential conversations designed to better understand what women are carrying—and to create space for experiences that often go unseen.

Because sometimes being heard is the first step toward making sense of what you're feeling.

If all session spots are filled, you're welcome to join the waiting list.

Why we're doing this

Too many women quietly ask:

"What happened to me?"

We're exploring the invisible mental load that may be affecting energy, focus, memory, and sense of self.

Because sometimes what feels like brain fog may simply be the weight of carrying too much for too long.

You remember the appointments.

You plan ahead.

You keep track of what everyone needs.

You carry responsibilities nobody notices until they fail.

And most of the time, nobody sees any of it.

The problem isn't one thing.

It's everything.

Hundreds of open tabs running quietly in the background.

Every day.

Maybe you're not broken.

Maybe you're carrying too much.

I used to be sharp.

What happened to me?

Many women blame themselves when they start feeling foggy, forgetful, overwhelmed, or unlike themselves.

But what if you're not losing your mind?

What if you're carrying more than anyone can see?

Does this sound familiar?

I can't think straight anymore.

You walk into a room and forget why.

You reread the same sentence three times.

You lose words you know you know.

Small tasks suddenly feel overwhelming.

You wonder if something is wrong with you.

What if nothing is wrong with you?
